Houston is a wellness companion to the practice of microdosing (taking small doses) of supplements like functional mushrooms (like Lion’s Mane and cordyceps), cannabis and B vitamins, to improve mental well-being, creativity, focus, energy, and more. Where allowed and available, microdosing is also practiced with psychedelics. Houston is built with intention in mind, and crowdsources information with an emphasis sharing and community. We look forward to collaborating with researchers and universities to better understand health and well-being through novel practices. It was created by people with a passion for human well-being, with backgrounds from places like Field Trip Health, Headspace and Oxford University.
