The user moves their phone on pre-set areas on top of the product or product package and the application captures images automatically when correct alignment is achieved. The operation is completely push-free, meaning that no physical or digital buttons need to be pressed during the scanning process, everything is done automatically. This is convenient if the user needs to use the application while wearing gloves. All scans are sent to the TrueMed AI Core for analysis and the results are given back to the user inside the application within a few seconds.
