Per ciascuna assistenza dispone di tutte le informazioni necessarie ad eseguire efficacemente l'intervento (luogo di esecuzione con visualizzazione mappa, tipologia di intervento, referente aziendale del cliente, eventuali annotazioni del responsabile tecnico, priorità ecc.).
Ad assistenza conclusa redige il rapporto di lavoro su tablet o smartphone, sul quale il cliente può apporre direttamente la firma per accettazione.
