Die App basiert auf hep-Lehrmitteln. Sie enthält u.a. die Begriffsdefinitionen der wichtigsten Begriffe sowie ergänzende Links ins Internet. Mit digitalen Lernkarten können die Begriffe gelernt und repetiert werden. Zusätzlich wurde die App wurde mit einer Augmented-Reality-Funktion erweitert. Hält man das Smartphone oder Tablet bei den entsprechenden Lehrmitteln an den gekennzeichneten Stellen über das Bild oder über die Seite, erscheinen auf dem Bildschirm weiterführende Videos, Links zu nützlichen Webseiten, Grafiken und Erklärungen zum jeweiligen Thema.

Information about Switzerland’s political system, the administration and its judicial authorities. Chapters - Switzerland - Direct democracy - Parliament - Government - Administration - Federal courts How does a popular vote come about? Which parties are represented in Parliament? How is Switzerland governed? How are laws drafted? The answers to these questions can be found in the ‘CH info’ app. It is aimed at the general public, but is used by schools in civics lessons, local authorities recommend it to potential naturalisation candidates and businesses distribute it to their stakeholders. ‘CH info’ is also available as a printed brochure ‘The Swiss Confederation - a brief guide’. It is published every February and can be ordered free of charge at www.bundespublikationen.admin.ch
