The Litter Buster’s Hotline works within the state and is for South Carolina registered vehicles. If you are a resident or just visiting, use this app to report someone littering from their cars or a litter hotspot along the road. This user-friendly reporting application will prompt you for the information you need to provide: location, make and color of vehicle, and more importantly, the license plate information. Once the information is verified, the vehicle’s owner will receive a courtesy letter explaining the South Carolina litter laws. Litterbugs… you’re busted!
