By entering the URL of a site you don't want to see into BlankPage, you can prohibit access from Safari.
By blocking sites that interfere with your work, you can concentrate on what you need to do.
You can also use the schedule feature to block sites only when you want to concentrate on your work.
Another way to use this feature is to prohibit access to all sites during the time when you normally go to bed.
This can prevent you from surfing the net before going to bed and staying up late.
