If you are a new user you need to register on www.oami.co.za before you can log into the app. *** The application allows post-paid or conventional clients to download their latest invoice, view account statements, view water and electricity usage graphically as well as any amounts payable. Clients with prepaid meters can view their recent tokens and purchase electricity (T&Cs apply). The SmartProtea App is also integrated with the Online Advanced Metering Infrastructure (OAMI) system which provides a similar experience as the OAMI website on your phone.
