Die App bietet die Option des individuellen Trainings, bei welchem ein Personaltraining mit 1 bis 4 Teilnehmern durch einen Trainier durchgeführt werden kann und es gibt die Option des Gruppentrainings, bei welchem mit bis zu 10 Personen gleichzeitig ein Gruppentraining – wie Spinning oder Dance durchgeführt werden kann. Die Teilnehmer können in unterschiedlichen Frequenzbereichen mit unterschiedlichen Intervallen oder auch synchronisiert und dennoch mit den individuellen Einstellungen trainieren.
