OrthoScan app uses front camera, because required sensors are there.For best results, please note: • no direct sun/window/spotlight/bulb in the background durning the scan • as little shaddow as possible • matt, well lit environment • no glossy / transparent surfaces • 20-50 cm distance - the more the object fills the screen, the better (with no shadow) - it doesn't have to be fully on the screen all the time though. • Neural network (AI) has to decide what is the object you scan. If the surrounding has more variable details than the object itself, AI can make a mistake, and generate 3D model of the surrounding (i.e. your room). In this case, please move to a place with less details around you (white, solid walls) and increase details on the surface of the scanned object (colorful bandage for the limb or draw random dots)
