Was brauchst du an Geräten?
Eine Klimmzugstange, Dip Barren oder Ringe wären super, aber es geht auch ohne. Alle Übung in meinem Trainingplan und in der App sind i.d.R. Calisthenics Bodyweight Exercises.
Die App enthält mehr als 150 frei verfügbare Übungen / Exercises mit kurzen Videoanleitungen.

Warum ist der Bereich Personal Workouts immer leer?
- Ich selber erstelle i.d.R. keine Trainingspläne für andere, dieser Teil ist hauptsächlich als Demo Bereich gedacht.
Gibt es eine HealthKit Integration?
Ja, wenn du in deinem Profil Health aktivierst, wird am Ende eines Workouts z.B. deine Herzfrequenz abgefragt und in deinen Statistiken gespeichert. So erhälst du einen Überblick über deine Trainingsperformance.
