All exercises have been filmed in line with best-practice in e-learning. There is no more guesswork to whether technique is correct, as the user can perform the exercises along with our professionally trained models. Proper technique is the key to aid faster recovery from injury. Users can monitor their progress with an interactive rating scale to track exercise completion, exercise effort and pain levels.
