This app is an app that allows you to easily record your protein intake.
Enter the food name and protein amount on the home screen and tap it to record the protein intake for the day.
If you tap the favorite icon, you will be able to enter the protein intake immediately from your favorite from the next time.
The History screen shows the food name and protein amount for the date selected on the calendar. You can modify the data by double-tapping the data. If you forget to record the data, you can add the data by Mostrar mais

Protein Pal allows you track your protein intake throughout the day to help you achieve your goals. You set a default target amount of protein and then add protein as you go. You can also set the target for a specific day. You can step back through the history of your protein intake and encourage habits over time.
There is a statistics section that will show you over the selected period:
- average daily protein intake
- a graph showing protein amount vs the target for each day or month
- the most consumed protein
The pro version of the app offers the following:
