You ran around and got sweaty and stayed fit. And when it was time to go home, you looked forward to the next time because you had fun doing it.
Sandlot harkens back to a different kind of fitness. One where it’s fun to workout with your Trainers and Friends, not to see what they posted about online.
We always liked that kind of Fitness, so we’re bringing it back by combining modern technology with old-school sweat.
Sandlot empowers everyone into fitness with the tools they need to workout with real people in the real world. We connect multiple fitness activities, interests, and groups into one fitness community.

HOW SANDLOT WORKS:
Modern Technology, Old Fashioned Sweat
1. Open the Sandlot App and set your Fitness preferences
2. Create, Discover, or Join a Bootcamp, Class, or Event -- public or private
3. Trainers: pick the date, time, place and price -- you're the business owner now
4. Team Up: Invite your Friends or Join a Fitness Group to be more active
5. Chat with Trainers, Workout Buddies, or your Fitness Group
6. Challenge Yourself and your Crew or Clients with Workouts from the Community
If you’re an active person who wants to meet like-minded people, you’ll get a lot of value out of the communities, friendships, and fitness on Sandlot.

CORE FEATURES & FUNCTIONALITY:
FISTBUMPS -- Create, Discover, and Join real-world fitness events near you.
From one-time to recurring, you pick the date, time, place, and workout. Then just invite your Friends or your Training Clients.
GROUPS -- Create, Join, and Chat with fitness groups (public or private) so you can workout together and be more active.
Want to try a new activity? Traveling away from home? No problem...find a group, jump in, and get going!
PAYMENTS -- Trainers and Instructors are their business owners now. Pick your date, time, place and price.
Charge for one-time classes or time-based training plans. Better yet, set up monthly Training Groups (aka, subscriptions).
CHAT -- Smack talk with your friends, share workouts, or get the latest information about the next workout or event.
Let your group know what equipment to bring, last minute changes, or where to carb up prior to your next class or race.
CHALLENGES -- Find Workouts and Community Challenges to do with friends and training partners.
Honor a fallen hero, challenge a friend, or simply raise the bar for yourself with Featured Challenges. Create and share it with the Sandlot Community.
TRAINER TOOLKIT -- Never again miss an invitation to the Class, Race, or Bootcamp; and always know who is showing up to workout.
Notifications will remind you when you have an upcoming event, message, or friend request. With "Roll Call" you can keep track of who’s in or who’s out.

(3) Daily Training Programs to choose from, but one united goal – TRAIN HARD.
FORCE // ACT THE PART.
Dive into a comprehensive strength & conditioning program designed to make you undeniably ready to act with FORCE. Everything you need in 60 minutes of daily strength & conditioning including epic monthly TRAIN HARD Challenge workouts. Be prepared to be pushed to your limits.
FLEX // LOOK THE PART.
An epic strength & bodybuilding program tailored for those aiming to look as strong as they feel. FLEX uniquely combines functional strength with traditional bodybuilding for 60 minutes of training to mold a physique that's as capable as it is impressive. If you want the look and the strength to back it up, FLEX provides it all.
EMOM // NEVER ZERO.
When you’re strapped for time but unwilling to compromise on your progress, EMOM ensures your momentum hits zero. Daily EMOM workouts (every minute on the minute) guarantee that your fitness journey stays strong in 30 minutes or less. Busy day? Not a lot of time? EMOM is there no matter what. Every EMOM workout also includes a Dumbbell Only version. So, even when strapped for equipment…there are no excuses.
// THE REGIMENT
All (3) Training Programs include (5) Training Days per week and (2) planned Rest Days, giving you the flexibility to tailor your training schedule to fit the need. If you’ve got a clear goal and a program that fits your needs, tackle it daily. If you want more variety and a different challenge each day, pick and choose between the programs to get after something new.
