“Wo Hui” is Mandarin for “I can”. Wo Hui Mandarin is a growing community of teachers and learners of Mandarin Chinese in schools and universities who are turning “I can’t” into “I can!” The YCT and HSK courses that are available online and in this are the only digital courses officially recognised by Chinese Test International – the organisation that develops, administers and scores the HSK and YCT exams.
