Furthermore, the app supports keeping track of insulin levels, carbs and physical activity. Mediq DiaCare Mediq DiaCare is used as an additional tool within an existing therapeutic relationship between diabetic patients and their caregivers. Currently, this app and its connected platform are used by hospitals and for their patients. The use of DiaCare, approved by patient and caregiver, leads to the caregiver having secured access to the patient’s data. This enables the caregiver to monitor and support the patient from a distance with managing their condition.
