InTouch Health is now a part of Teladoc Health.
The Teladoc Health Viewpoint app runs on client-owned iPad devices for telehealth virtual care consults. Once launched, the Viewpoint app allows the remote clinician to connect to patients through Teladoc Health’s cloud-based network.
For the best user experience, we recommend using a high-speed WiFi connection. The Viewpoint app supports 4G/LTE cellular connections. Please check with your carrier regarding data usage service charges when transmitting audio and video data over the Internet.

IMPORTANT: Once a new version of the app is made available the previous version of the app expires 45 days later. Patient eSignature - Mobile requires your organization to have a valid license and be on release 2012.01 or higher. If you are unsure about the availability of Cerner Mobile eSignature at your organization, please contact your IT department or your Cerner representative.
