The progress of your cleaning appointment can be tracked remotely via our app, making our service more transparent and a lot smarter – all with the help of technology!
With other cleaning companies you may have found that you were sitting around waiting for your cleaner to arrive, not knowing exactly when your job is going to start. With Get Set Clean’s new app you can see exactly where your cleaner is, and when they’ll be ringing your doorbell! You are completely in control of your house cleaning appointment. So how does the app work?
All of our cleaners are logged into our application at all times during the working day. When the cleaner leaves our office, having been assigned your appointment, the cleaner will set their status to ‘Leave’, meaning you know when they are on the way to your home.
Upon arrival, your cleaner will set their status to ‘Start’, meaning you know exactly when they’ve started cleaning your home.
When the work is complete, your cleaner will set their status to ‘Finish’, so you know that your house is now spic-and-span, and the only finger you’ve lifted is the one you use to operate your smartphone!
The app even has a handy integrated map, meaning you can see the exact location of your cleaner, and you can then easily determine the time of their arrival, and allocate time for cleaning so that you can be dealing with other affairs when they arrive. As we are constantly improving our service, we have created this app so that you can use it directly to book and manage your appointment – there’s no additional work on your part, just leave that up to us!
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
