Training plan for cyclists, triathletes, swimmers and runners - optimise and adapt your training after each session. Use 2PEAK to generate an individual and dynamic training plan for triathlon, cycling or running. Training plans for Ironman, ultra and sprint races, marathons, half marathons or Olympic triathlons. OPTIMISE YOUR TRAINING Make the most of your training budget and always train to the exact extent your body needs. The plan analyses your performance and automatically sets the amount and intensity of training. Furthermore, the intensity of completed workouts is automatically analysed and subsequent sessions are adjusted accordingly. The 2PEAK training plan also recognises your strengths and weaknesses and allows you to work on and develop them.
