Continuous care When you begin the Meru Health program, your licensed Meru Health therapist is available via both scheduled face-to-face video sessions and unlimited, asynchronous chat. It’s support built around your life, not someone else’s schedule. Coaching option The continuous-care model applies to both Meru Health’s 12-week therapy program and our 8-week coaching option (see below), which is supported by certified behavioral health coaches.
