Feel Better Doing Better with Glow Festival’s All New Glow App Challenge Lighten your emotional load and embrace physical empowerment with a little bit of exercise and, if you wish – a simple but meaningful act of giving All you have to do is run, walk or cycle to locate virtual checkpoints using the Glow App. Every time you find one, you'll release 1,000 “Glow Seeds” that symbolize a lightening of the weight you’re carrying, and the virtual flowers that sprout represent your blossoming mental well-being.
