You will learn how to use equipment in the gym, how to track your training progress and ensure you're using the correct weights and learning alternative exercises you can sub in when you have to train at busy times and equipment is limited. We give you the tools to ensure that you no longer feel clueless in the gym, instead you will feel confident, you will soon OWN that gym. You’ll have access to everything you need across training and nutrition so that, by the end of your programme, you’ll have the tools and education to allow you to be your own coach.
