After passing the review, they can enjoy exclusive member rights, volunteer benefits, participate in activities and work orders, as well as easily and timely view the latest developments and information related to the 「Longcaring」 project.

Minor alteration and addition works in private buildings can be carried out safely and lawfully through simplified requirements of the Minor Works Control System (MWCS)*.
This App provides 3 quick search methods to enable users to identify the correct class/type/item number/description of the proposed minor works. Based on this information, users may then choose suitable building professional / registered building contractor to carry out the works.
Users may also learn more about the required procedures for carrying out minor works, the Household Minor Works Validation Scheme / Validation Scheme for Unauthorised Signboards, using this App.
*The MWCS is implemented by the Buildings Department under the Buildings Ordinance.
