Hello! Welcome to Lattis.
Lattis is designed to help you reach your goals and maintain new habits with the help of your friends.
WHAT IS LATTIS?
Lattis is a habit, goal, and task tracker designed around accountability. You track your long term goals and habits, and you set up groups with your friends to see each other's progress, and send reminders for individual habits and tasks.
Lattis works best for pre-existing accountability groups. If you have a regular call or get together with your friends, use this to concretely set your goals for next meeting, and easily see how each other are doing.
HOW DO I USE LATTIS?
Register for an account with email and password, then use the three pages of the app to (1) track tasks and habits, (2) track longer-term goals, and (3) follow your friends' progress.
---Daily Page---
Create individual daily tasks and regular habits that you want to track. This page will show you the tasks and habits that need to be completed today, tomorrow, and in the future. Simply swipe right to mark them off.
---Goals Page---
Set up long-term goals for the month, quarter, or year. Attach individual tasks or habits to them to track progress over time.
For example: Exercise 5 times a week. Create a goal to Exercise, then add an Exercise habit to it. This will show you how many times a week you're completing the habit through the duration of the goal.
---Groups Page---
Create and join groups with friends. People in your groups will have access to see your short term completion (habits completed in the past two weeks, tasks completed or due within the past or next two weeks), and long-term completions (all goals for the current month/quarter/year, along with the habits and tasks attached to those goals). You can send reminder notifications to friends for specific goals and tasks.

In short, your data is stored on the cloud (so that you are able to share it with your groups), and people in your groups have access to see the tasks, goals and habits you've created, and which ones you are completing. We will only ever use your data for issue troubleshooting, if absolutely necessary.
DO I HAVE TO PAY?
You will get a limited set of features entirely for free (1 habit, 1 goal, and 3 tasks to track). You can try Lattis first for 30 days free, then there is a yearly/monthly subscription. We won't ask you to subscribe during your trial, so you don't need to put any payment info in. If you've found it useful during that first month, we'll remind you to start a subscription option after 30 days.
