The new AIB Business app makes it easier for iBB customers to manage their day to day banking. The app has a range of features to help customers: • Check balances • Make payments • Authorise most payments • Mark payees as favourites, who can then be paid from your Home Screen • All without a Digipass, and you still have all the security of banking online – with Two Factor Authentication (2FA). Important information before you get started: This app is specifically for registered iBB customers. You can sign-in with your User ID, password and a code from your Digipass. It’s the only time you’ll need your Digipass to use the app. If you’re not a registered iBB customer, and you use the AIB Mobile (iBB) app, please continue to do so. Business24 Authenticator

The Business24 Authenticator app provides a secure method of authentication for Business24 banking in order to further protect you against fraud and keep you safe online. The Business24 Authenticator app allows you to complete authentication by sending a push notification to your registered device (Smartphone or Tablet) for certain online processes. If you’re a permanent tsb customer who’s registered for Business24 Online Banking you can download the app and register your device which will link your permanent tsb customer profile to your device which will then be used to provide authentication where necessary. It’s important to note that our Business24 Authenticator app is for authentication purposes only, as an additional security enhancement. It cannot be used for other day to day banking purposes such as viewing your balance or to make payments. Accessing the app: • To log in to the Business24 Authenticator app you’ll need to be a permanent tsb customer who is registered for Business24 Online Banking.
