The Duke Health and Fitness Center is not your typical gym. Our passion is helping our members achieve healthy and lasting lifestyle changes in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Members have access to a wide variety of fitness classes, cardiovascular and strength equipment, indoor saltwater pool, hot tub, sauna, locker rooms, and indoor and outdoor tracks. Our comprehensive services include health coaching, personal training, nutritional consultations, massage therapy, and medically based exercise programs.
