The app allows to record daily weight and additional measurements, set goals and track them. In addition to weight measurements, you can keep track of nutritional value, activity and water intake. This way you will have more accurate statistics on how nutrition and activity affect your performance. The app does not store a database of nutritional or calorie information. You enter this information yourself, as if it were a simple diary with your notes. Apple Health support If you've bought the PRO, you can use the features to transfer data between the app and Apple Health. You can set the measurements you enter in the app to automatically send to Apple Health. You can also enable the download of measurements to the app from Apple Health. These measurements will not be saved in the app, but will be taken into account in daily measurements and graphs. I tried to make the application as simple, understandable and enjoyable to use as possible. I am open to new suggestions, so if you use the application and you are missing some features, you can email me. Mail is specified in the application profile.
