You can simply enter your reps and weight and TrackMax automatically calculates your workout volume for you. You are also equipped with easy-to-use features and tools which make your tracking process easier. You may compare your current workout with your previous workout with a simple swipe, view trends in your workout volume and set goals for yourself. You can also set your own rest time so that you get the optimal break between your sets. This allows your muscles to fully recover, giving you 100% efficiency in your sets!
