About Sarah Louise Rector
Sarah has been gracing the fitness world in Los Angeles since 2016. Starting out teaching group fitness classes at a high end boutique fitness studio modelFIT and continuing to forward her extremely popular workouts with The SLR Life classes at studioB Bandier and DailyOM online.
As well as personal training clients in person or through virtual training Sarah loves to educate and encourage her clients by carefully adapting the workouts to each individual leading them to be the best versions of themselves! You can also find Sarah guest teaching at various Fitness events around California and previously been connected with brands such as: Popsugar, Propel Water, The Thirty and Nordstrom x Sweaty Betty to name a few.

Move Club is movement for everyone, everywhere. Move Club classes range from 10-50 minutes, use minimal to no equipment, and are exclusively formulated to build long, lean muscle tone. Designed to empower and motivate all bodies at all levels, every class offers low-impact modifications and encouragement to connect with your body and mind.
In the app, discover over 400 on-demand classes, with new classes added weekly, the ability to filter classes by body-focus and category, and programs that will keep you on track.
Move Club Class Formats:
MOVE: Full body workout ranging from 30-50 minutes. Includes light cardio, shadowboxing, and strength training. Think: pilates + yoga + cardio + barre.
TONE: Full body workout with an emphasis on stretching, toning, and lengthening and no cardio or jumping.
HIIT: Full body interval-training workout, ranging from 20-45 minutes. Includes cardio intervals, shadowboxing, and more.
FORM: Slowed-down workouts that focus on form and take you back to the basics.
BODY FOCUS: Shorter classes focusing on a single body group, like abs, arms, or lower body.
