HOW DOES ZANT. WORK? From the first moment you download and create an account, zant. skips the lengthy surveys and asks you two simple questions: 1. What are you struggling with? 2. What areas of life are you struggling within? You can choose between several tags such as: Stress Lack of focus Anxiety Addictions Depression Burnout Eating disorders Insecurity OCD Trauma Abuse Sexuality issues Spiritual suffering Perinatal depression Personality disorders Mood disorders Grief Other From here, view suggested providers that specialize in the exact focus areas you need most. From here, easily schedule a session around you by choosing an already available day and time with the provider. Each first consultation is shorter than the typical 60-minute session at 30 minutes and is 100% free, every time. Enjoy the session? Feeling like this could really help? Continue seeing the same provider for low costs such as $25/session for students and under $100/session for everyone else! Our providers are flexible and want to meet you where you're at, so don't hesitate to ask them to consider an even more flexible rate. Easily pay in-app with our "pre-pay" feature to avoid that awkward conversation around payment at the end of your session. Once you begin seeing a provider regularly, after booking- you will be prompted to pre-pay, this is held until the session is completed, which is when your provider gets paid. DO I NEED INSURANCE? No! We realized insurance can create quite the roadblocks when trying to get the help you need. Instead, our providers work with you out of pocket at actually affordable rates. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
