The customer will also be able to see the payment history of his/her meter. - The "Online Payment" service, which allows for immediate and quick payment of the bill, electronically, in a completely secure environment. The customer will also be able to see the payments performed during the last 5 days through the myElpedison platform. - The "Count on Your Own" service, which allows the customer to register his meter readings electronically. - The "myElpedison Profile" service, through which the customer can change individual details of the myElpedison service profile. - The "Billing Preferences" service, whereby customers currently receiving their bill at their physical address can activate the ebill service. - The "Personal Information" service, where the customer can modify specific information about him/her. - The "Private Messages" service, through which the customer can receive direct personal messages from Elpedison. - The "My News" service, where the customer can learn the latest news from Elpedison. - The "My Opinion Matters" service, where the customer can provide feedback on the app. - The "Frequently Asked Questions" service, through which the customer can find the most frequently asked questions and answers regarding Elpedison customers.
