All data entered is stored locally on your mobile device so that specific values can be changed for different property prices, mortgage rates, etc. A complete analysis detailing input data, after-purchase liquidity amounts, and estimated after-tax monthly payments can be emailed to save a text version of the app’s output. Each analysis can be stored as a separate MortQ data file to provide quick access to various property, income or rate scenarios.
