The PALFINGER IMPACT app enables smooth cooperation between truck drivers, service managers and fleet managers. The IMPACT app creates a completely new communication channel to quickly and easily master the everyday challenges of logistics. In the IMPACT app, the truck driver can find help videos to solve minor problems by himself. If necessary, the driver can search for the nearest service partner.
