Stewart Valuation Intelligence is now offering ValidityPro to satisfy the property inspection and data collection requirements of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac's Uniform Property Dataset (UPD) as part of the Uniform Mortgage Data Program (UMPD). Lenders will be able to originate cash-out refinance and certain “no cash-out" refinance Mortgages without an appraisal.
