GTWorld is a mobile application that allows you to easily carry out your transactions and much more! Perform your transactions and manage your bank account from your smartphone. It is secure and easy to use. You can: • Opening an account, • Link your bank account to your Mobile Money account, • Consult your bank balance, • Obtain your bank statement, • Manage your accounts and view your transaction history • Make transfers between your GTBank account to any other bank account in the UEMOA zone (Ivory Coast, Benin, Burkina Faso, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Togo). To begin: • Install the application on your phone. • Access the application and enter your user name and password (Internet Banking identifiers). If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot your password?" On the login page to reset your password. • When logging in for the first time, you will be asked to verify your device. If this is your preferred device, select "Yes" and choose a method for committing transactions. • A secure code will be sent by SMS to your registered phone number when the account is opened to verify your device. • Enter this code in the application and your mobile phone will be successfully linked to your profile. Now you can start using the app. This operation is only required when using a device for the first time.

Welcome to a world of Seamless Banking! GTBank is a Mobile App which enables customers make transfers (Own Account, GTBank Accounts, other banks and mobile money), view transaction history and request for account statements. This platform is the Mobile app version of the internet banking platform. GTWORLD lets you carry your bank with you wherever you go. The App allows you perform transactions and manage your bank account(s) from your mobile device. It is secure and very simple to use.  GTWorld allows you:  • View the balances on your bank account(s).  • Manage your accounts and view your transaction history.  • Initiate transfers to own account(s), GTBank accounts and also to other bank accounts. *Terms and Conditions apply.  *Standard network charges apply as you may be charged by your service provider for mobile or internet use.    To get started:  • Visit your App store, search for ‘GTBank Uganda’ and click the download/install button.  • Launch the App and input your User ID and password (Same as your internet banking credentials).  • At first login, you will be asked to verify your device with an OPT sent to your email.    • A 6-digit secure code will be sent to your registered Email to verify your device.  • Enter this code in the app and your mobile phone will be successfully verified against your account profile. Now you can start using the App. Please note that this is required only when using a device for the first time.   • Please note that you are not restricted to any device. All you need do at the first login is to select “No! This device is not mine” from the device verification screen
