Each running course has a plan and a specific goal. As you participate and work with your coach you will find, over time, you are in fact stronger and FASTER!  The biggest difference with this app is that it is not automated. If you choose to go premium, your workouts will be tailored to your specific goals. Coach Aubrie will personally create your schedule based on your starting point and your goals. You will have the ability to message your coach and ask any questions needed. You can choose a basic plan that will give you 6 workouts a week ranging from strength, running, cycling, barre and other workouts to keep you moving and engaged. The Runiac running workouts are video, audio or text. You can take the app outside on the road and be guided through different workouts while you run and listen to your own music. Track your workout progress in the Apple Watch app. Runiac integrates with the Apple Health app. Apple Health permissions allow Runiac to track your heart rate and calories burned, and also to save your workout data. Runiac uses GPS to track your distance and pace. Please note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
