Il servizio di interpretariato in presenza e quello di video-interpretariato a distanza in lingua dei segni italiana (LIS), fruibili attraverso la nostra piattaforma CSB_Comunicare Senza Barriere, intendono promuovere l’abbattimento delle barriere comunicative e si rivolgono a tutti i cittadini Sordi residenti in Lombardia che possono usufruirne gratuitamente.
Obiettivo è quello di fornire, ad ogni utente che si registri sulla piattaforma, la possibilità di avere pieno e concreto accesso alla comunicazione in tutti i contesti della vita quotidiana, nel contatto con le istituzioni pubbliche e non solo (quali scuole, Comuni, farmacie, biblioteche, sportelli informativi, ecc.) escluso l’ambito orientato all’offerta sanitaria e socio sanitaria (visite mediche, prenotazione presso i CUP, centri diurni, RSA ecc.), i cui interventi sono già regolati da Regione Lombardia secondo altri canali.
Grazie a questo servizio si favorirà e offrirà ad ogni Sordo la possibilità di comunicare, mediante la propria lingua madre tramite la disponibilità di un interprete in presenza o a distanza.
