This app allows residents within a connected community to remotely adjust their thermostat, create “events” for temperature changes, and more. Forget your key? The Quext IoT app allows residents to lock and unlock their apartment and designated community areas directly through their phone.

As an enhancement to Brivo Access, Brivo Mobile Pass is a new digital credential format available to all active accounts to eliminate the need for physical keys and access cards.
