Challenge yourself to build healthy habits with Walk With You. Walk, Run or Cycle - whichever exercise and workout you prefer to get fit and lose weight, Walk With You will be your activity companion. Want to keep walking and stay hydrated? Use our app to log your water intake. We work with businesses to run team competitions and multi-activity challenges that are fun, engaging and rewarding! Healthy competition can keep the flame of fitness going longer, until it becomes a habit. In the meantime, you can create your own exercise accountability leaderboard directly from within the app and add your friends, family or colleagues to support you in your fitness journey.
All very seamless, we integrate with Apple Health (if you permit us) and other activity trackers you may use to get your daily step count. Walk With You also recommends smart step goals based on your walk history - so that goals are realistic and tailored for you!
Please note, the app is not suited for iPads and iPods, but otherwise is expected to work with all iPhones.

Set a monthly goal or use suggested goal and keep track on the progress throughout the month or number days in a month that you want to achieve the daily goal.
Set different types of activities
- Walking + Running Distance
- Exercise **
- Steps Count
- Cycling Distance (App or device may be needed)
- Swimming Distance (App or device may be needed)
- Move (Apple Watch required or iPhone on iOS16 or later)
- Wheelchair Distance
Activities integrates with Apple Health app to be able to show a progress ring so each day you can see if you are on target for the month and a bar chart showing each day amount compared to the goal each day.
Fully accessible with Voice Over and Apple Audio Graph.
** Movement equal to or exceeding the intensity of a brisk walk counts towards your Exercise minutes.
Apple Watch not required for some of activities but recommended.
