The HospiceMD Mobile App caters to all Health care professionals
involved with Hospice facilities. The current version of the app has been developed specifically for field staff. They can do HA Notes, Visit Notes, Nursing Assessments, Psychosocial Assessments and Spiritual Assessments from the app. In addition the app also has the sub assessments - pain, skin, safety and fall as a part of it.
The new QR ERS is also a part of the app now. Scan the QR code instead of PCG signature and complete the note later, makes the app usage efficient.
The HospiceMD mobile application enables greater on-the-go visit tracking and documentation for the customer’s user access level. The HospiceMD app:
1. One of the main purpose of the app is to provide ease and timeliness in charting and thus improve delivery of patient care.
2. Provides a schedule of the assigned patients specific to the user, helping them in clinical assessment of patients.
3. Helps establish patient care plan as well as provide follow up care.
4. Provides an integrated calendar that displays the day's visits and thus provides easy access to the HA Note, Visit Note, Nursing Assessment, Psychosocial Assessment and Spiritual Assessment.
5. Displays data that is necessary for the field staff's visit.
5. Enables the syncing of Customer’s ERS (Electronic Route Sheet) service feature (if elected) to track the patient caregiver’s signature date, time, and location. This helps in mileage calculation during payroll.
6. Offers a secure and efficient method for accessing and updating Customer’s HospiceMD account.
7. Allows field staff to complete their visit in areas of no network connectivity by using our new automated Offline mode in the app.
