On the main screen you will see categories for finding workouts: Street Workout, Cross-training (functional training, WOD's), Yoga, abs, hands, back, buttocks, chest, legs, shoulders, without equipment, beginner, cardio. For a more detailed search, you can use filters. Why so many filters? Be cause we have a very large number of workouts. The workout page displays the difficulty, tempo, target area, a list of exercises with the number of repetitions or time. Exercises are accompanied by a demonstration video, images and detailed description. The trainer will be very useful during the training. You do not need to detect the time, think what the next exercise is, or how many reps should be done. All the necessary information is displayed on the screen, and the necessary events are accompanied by sound and voice notifications.
