WeatherJapan is a simple application which shows weather information for Japan (provided by Japan Weather Association) for use by tourists. Users can quickly display weather information for their current location as well as information for surrounding areas. * All dates and times displayed in this application are in Japan Standard Time. ■Detailed Forecast Screen - Hourly weather forecasts for up to 48 hours in the future (weather conditions, temperature). - Easy to understand visual temperature graph. - Display for sunrise/sunset times. - Daily forecasts for up to one week in the future (weather conditions, temperature). - Display of weather information for the user's current location or a nearby location chosen from the Surrounding Area Forecast screen. ■Surrounding Area Forecast Screen - Display of weather information for surrounding areas on the map (weather conditions, temperature). - Users can also search for a location by name from the area list. - By selecting a location, users can view the forecast information for that area. ■Additional Information - Supports both Celsius and Fahrenheit. MyWorldWeather

'MyWorldWeather' is a mobile version of the WWIS developed for iOS platform.It is equipped with location-based technology to detect the location where the user is located and to provide users with official city weather forecast automatically. The World Weather Information Service (WWIS) website is the first and the only one global website presenting OFFICIAL weather observations, weather forecasts and climatological information for selected cities provided by National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs) worldwide.WWIS aims to provide authoritative and reliable weather information of NMHSs around the world to all internet users and media.The WWIS website was developed and maintained by the Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) on behalf of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). By March 2017, WWIS provided official weather information for 2123 cities in which 1997 cities are available with forecast from 135 members while 1961 cities are available with climatological information from 169 members.
