Download data log from instruments 2. Manage device configuration 3. Filter and review alarm events and summary 4. Email data in standard CSV format 5. Upload instrument data into remote monitoring software 6. Firmware update for supported instrument Note: Customers must upgrade to the latest version of the app to take advantage of the latest features and security updates that may impact the previous versions of the app. In addition, the customer-reported issues in previous releases will only be addressed by the newest software release.
