Kalender.digital ist ein kostenloser online Kalender für Teams und Gruppen mit einfachem Zugriff über Zugriff-Links ohne Login. Ein Zugriff-Link ist nach folgendem Schema aufgebaut: https://kalender.digital/68dbf6166ace2865ccd7 Jeder Zugriff-Link hat eine bestimmte Berechtigung. Z.B. Administrator, Bearbeiter oder Leser. Mit dem Administrator-Link verwalten Sie Ihren Kalender. Diesen Link können Sie beispielsweise auf allen Ihren Geräten als Lesezeichen speichern. Den Bearbeiter oder Leser-Link könnten Sie an Ihre Teamkollegen weiterleiten. Für jeden Zugriff-Link können weitere Einstellungen vorgenommen werden. Zum Beispiel: - Berechtigungen für bestimmte Unterkalender - Passwortschutz für zusätzliche Sicherheit - Standardansicht des Zugriff-Links - Zeichenkette des Links. Zum Beispiel: https://kalender.digital/sport In der Dashboard-Ansicht der Kalender.digital APP können Sie bereits bestehende Zugriff-Links hinzufügen oder einen neuen Kalender registrieren. In diesem Fall wird automatisch der Administrator-Link auf dem Dashboard hinzugefügt. Aus dem Kalender erreichen Sie das Dashboard jederzeit über die Schaltfläche in der linken oberen Ecke. Um die Einstellungen eines Kalenders zu öffnen, rufen Sie bitte den Kalender über den Administrator-Link auf und klicken anschließend auf das Zahnrad-Symbol oben rechts. Kalender.digital ist in der Basis-Version kostenlos. Über die kostenpflichtige Plus/Premium-Version können Sie zusätzliche Funktionen freischalten.
