MyHomeFIT vs Treadmill Workout: Walk & Run Usage & Stats
MyHomeFIT is a fitness app for various fitness devices.
This app is a hobby project and is not commissioned by a manufacturer. I cannot guarantee that all devices will actually work with MyHomeFIT.
Please help me to check the devices. Write me if MyHomeFIT works with a device that is not on the list.
There are currently many devices (not all) that use the app eHealth, FitShow, iConsole, Fitness data, SmartTreadmill, Delightech,
CardioFit, MePanel, FitConsoleSmart, FitConsole, Sports tech, Fluidrower - FirstDegree, FTMS (Zwift), KettFit, Concept2 use supported.
If your device uses one of these apps but is not on the list, follow these guidelines to see if your device will connect.

- Statistics with detailed display
- Sharing of workouts
Extras
- Hula-Hoop with a cadence sensor + Analysis (Info)
- Use of heart rate measurement with exercise bike sensors or connected chest strap
- Use of heart rate measurement via Bluetooth or ANT+ (must be connected to smartphone/tablet)
- Adjustable reaction time to heart rate changes (time until resistance is changed)
- Adjustable distance per stroke for rowing machines
- Adjustable lap length for each machine
- MyHomeFIT has different calculations available depending on the exercise bike.
e.g.:
- Distance from RPM and speed
- Speed from power
- Reduce speed by percentage
- Calorie from heart rate
- Own stroke length

- "Limit Fix" - Workouts of more than 99min can be done. (Only certain devices)
- "Error Fix" - Workouts can be continued if the connection is lost. (Only certain devices)
- Sound signals at the end of the workout, as well as during extended programmes.
- Export as FIT file (Possibility to fake the workout type and source)
- Export as TCX file (upload with SyncMyTracks to many fitness portals)
- Export as CSV file
- Upload to Garmin, Strava, TrainingPeaks, Runalyze (Possibility to fake the workout type and source)
- Upload to Google-FIT
- English, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, French, Czech language

Treadmill Workout Features
Guided programs: Choose a plan based on your level and goal. If you run indoors on a treadmill, you can use all of the routines, from beginner weight loss plans to HIIT advanced workouts. There is no other running app like this!
Track your activity: Make sure you keep on growing with the treadmill workout progress tracking. Record your calories, heart rate and distance so you can watch your growth and running ability to improve over time.
Audio coach: Guided cues and support to play your own music in the background.
Log your workouts: With the ability to repeat your favorites. We'll record your progress so you can gradually improve from walking to a 10k runner. Your treadmill won't know what hit it!
Train safely: Supplement your workouts with recommended exercises. Warm up and cool down effectively and build full body strength with additional core exercises.
