HEATED is a far infrared heated fitness studio located in Haleiwa on the North Shore of Oahu! Offering a results and musically driven workout experience that is not only effective, but fun! View your account, check out our schedule and book your classes all from your mobile device! HEATED classes were developed to effectively build muscle, burn fat, and boost metabolism. All classes are conducted with far infrared heat therapy which provide a multitude of health benefits including improved cellular regeneration, greater detoxification, improved rate of recovery, increased fat burn, improved sleep, and reduction of pain, and improvement of skin health to name a few! HEATED CLASSES: STRENGTH This 45 minute high-intensity, highimpact infrared heated class is designed to build muscle, burn fat, and elevate cardiovascular performance focusing on muscular strength and endurance to change your physique. Stronger, tighter and toned muscles loading! TONE This 45 minute low-impact far infrared heated mat class focuses on Pilates-inspired movements while incorporating light hand weights, ankle weights, and slides. This class is designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles, improving overall muscle tone and increasing mobility. STRENGTH x TONE This 60 minute comprehensive far infrared heated class combines Pilates-inspired movements, strength training, and HIIT to deliver a full-body workout. This class also includes an extended stretching and cool-down to enhance recovery and flexibility. HEATED classes combine key elements of strength training, HIIT and Pilates. Our classes are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced. In-studio classes range from 45 to 60 minutes and are designed to be completed anywhere, with no equipment required. To optimize your workout, we do recommend the use of optional weights such as dumbbells (1-20lbs), resistance bands (light to heavy), ankle weights (2.5-5lbs), and sliders.
