BW Map mobile is a product of the State Office for Geoinformation and Land Development in Baden-Württemberg (LGL). The free application uses the open data service Maps4BW and includes unlimited access to up to date topographic maps. You can use recreational information like a dense network of cycle and hiking trails, educational trails and places of interest with links to their web pages. The App offers the Augmented Reality feature and 3D-Maps showing the landscape from a bird’s eye view.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
