Leitmotifs vs. Kater Caruso Utilizzo e statistiche

The composer Richard Wagner has created a gigantic work which normally needs 4 evenings to be performed. The App presents the typical “Leitmotifs” with which the composer has woven this opera cycle which is called „Der Ring des Nibelungen“, in English “The Ring of the Nibelung”. The „Leitmotifs“ are listed by name and opera in which they first-time appear. For each „Leitmotif“ the melody is played on piano. Some interesting statistics like a “ranking” show which are the most often played Leitmotifs thruout the complete Ring cycle. The App is a must for all Wagner enthusiasts. The motifs were played by German pianist Volker Kolmetz on Steinway piano. Each Leitmotif is played exactly according to original notes which Julius Burghold already in 1910 had transcribed from Wagner’s score. The notes are displayed synchronous to the music. So, the Wagner friend can follow the music how it is played. The connoisseur will know what is played, however the layman will wonder. The music can be played continuously.
