The Cardio Fitness graph serves as motivation, illustrating the connection between your effort (time spent in Zone 2 or Zone 2+) and your Cardio Fitness Level (VO2Max), encouraging consistency in achieving daily and weekly goals.
To use the app, you'll need an Apple Watch or any other fitness tracker that syncs its Workout, Heart Rate, and VO2Max records with Apple Health.
The app was designed with two primary scenarios in mind:
