Simple Protein is an easy way, the easiest way, to track your daily protein intake only. It doesn't track fat or carbs. Why? Because if you want to build muscles protein matters much more than fat or carbs. In tests lasting months, we've found better results by hyper-focusing on tracking protein ONLY while remaining smart and conscious about fat and carb intake.
In other words: don't overdo the fat or carbs, keep it smart. But do get very focused on your protein intake. You'll likely see results too.
Simple Protein is simply a simple protein tracker.
DAILY LOG - track your grams of protein consumed each day. You can add days too if you have some historical data you want to put inside of Simple Protein.
STATISTICS - See multiple metrics over a variety of time frames. It's a quick way to see if you are on track and hitting your daily protein target.
TARGET - You can enter and edit your own daily protein target at any time. Or you can use our smart protein target calculator. It considers age, gender, height, weight, activity level, goal, and can use two different BMR formulas.
You can also adjust the app for light or dark appearance, imperial or metric units, and turn Decimal Precision on or off.
