MPR Med Exercise is an online fitness program for 55+. Created by Mike Rooney, a Medical Exercise Specialist with over three decades in the wellness and healthcare industry, MPR is based on the five foundational daily movements (squat, push, pull, rotation, balance).
Offering strength, balance, and flexibility training in 15-minute sessions in a progressive sequence challenging the body’s response to adaptation.
Movement Prioritizing Recovery is designed with an understanding of musculoskeletal issues, nutritional awareness, and medications delivering weekly recovery strategies tailored for 55+ needs (hydration, healthy weight management, sleep, etc. Providing you with a complete fitness game plan for life at 55 and beyond.
Included with every membership is a stackable resistance band set that includes five bands of varying resistance, cushioned foam handles, door anchor, ankle strap, and carrying case
